Five consultants have been handed places on a cost consultancy framework for NHS Scotland.
National firms Aecom, Currie & Brown, Gardiner & Theobald and Turner & Townsend have been joined on the deal by local firm Thomson Gray which is based in Edinburgh and has five offices in total north of the border.
The £4m framework will provide cost advisor services to customers on a call-off basis. It will run for four years.

The work is the latest in a recent string of health project awards with Morgan Sindall winning a deal to build a day surgery at the Evelina London Children’s Hospital.
The scheme is part of a £250m expansion plan the Westminster hospital is rolling out with Bouygues’ development arm Linkcity.
Meanwhile, Interserve has begun work on a £5.5m deal to upgrade four operating theatres at Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital for the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. Work finishes this November.
