The Scottish executive has given the green light for Glasgow city centre’s Custom House Quay, a £200m privately funded development on the Clyde Street waterfront.
The regeneration project will include 400 flats, retail space and a 24-hour promenade for restaurants and cafes. Custom House Quay also includes a floating pontoon to allow access for boats to moor as well as floating bars and restaurants. The project is designed by RMJM and funded by Australian entrepreneur Rodney Price.
