A planned development of 34 homes in south London could be among the first large schemes to reach level five of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Designed by Crawford Partnership, it will cost £3.5m to build and is awaiting a planning decision due next month. It will have photovoltaic panels, a sedum roof and high levels of insulation with geothermal energy used for heating and cooling. The developer, AGM Properties, is looking for a housing association to work with on the project.
