Karen Campbell moves from Telefonica to become executive general manager of EMEA project management and construction business

Lend Lease has appointed Karen Campbell, a former director of telecomms giant Telefonica, to a senior role in its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business.

Campbell becomes executive general manager of Lend Lease EMEA鈥檚 project management and construction business and will report direct to Michael Dyke, executive director of the division.

Campbell managed Telefonica鈥檚 global property portfolio and helped secure the firm鈥檚 new digital global headquarters in London鈥檚 West End. Prior to that, she managed BT鈥檚 拢650m central London portfolio.

Dyke said: 鈥淥ur pipeline is picking up pace and Karen will play a key role in developing it further.鈥�

Campbell said: 鈥淭he company is global and in serious growth mode with a great pipeline of projects. I鈥檓 looking forward to delivering a strategy which will accelerate the company鈥檚 expansion programme.鈥�
