Architect Sheppard Robson has won planning permission for this project at Leeds Metropolitan University.

The scheme, for the university鈥檚 faculty of business and law, includes three lecture theatres, a restaurant and offices. It is the first phase of the Portland Gate project. Phase two, a mix of commercial and retail space, accommodation and a hotel, has received outline planning permission. It is expected to start on site in March.
