Midas, North Midland Construction, Morrish Builders and KPMG are among firms to have made new appointments this week

Midas has recruited Mike O’Neill as divisional director in Devon and Cornwall. O’Neill joins Midas having spent seven years with Cowlin Construction.

Civil engineering and building firm North Midland Construction has appointed David Rogers non-executive director. Rogers is currently a partner with solicitor Tods Murray and heads up the construction team.

Poole-based Morrish Builders has appointed Jon Baker associate director. Baker has been involved with Morrish for over 30 years.   

Derrick Tyler has been appointed new managing director for Caledonian ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV Systems. Tyler was formerly chief executive with Modulex and regional managing director at Costain.

Guy Hardacre has joined the board of Raymond Brown Construction as its managing director. Hardacre has held various positions with Dean & Dyball.

KPMG has appointed Stuart Westgate director of its major project advisory practice. Westgate’s role will involve advising clients on ongoing projects or those that are troubled and are running over time or budget.
