Laing O鈥橰ourke has poached a senior project manager from Bovis Lend Lease鈥檚 拢4bn Stratford City development.

John Hilton has been appointed a project director for Laing O鈥橰ourke鈥檚 Integrated Solutions division, overseeing regeneration in east London and the Thames Gateway.

He was formerly leader of the Bovis project management team working for shopping centre developer Westfield and London Continental & Railways on the Stratford City development in east London.

Hilton said: 鈥淚鈥檓 very proud to be joining a company with its roots in the [Thames Gateway] region, which has such an important role to play in making the future happen.鈥�
