Hill claims consultant recuits executive director and consultant for Daresbury
Claims consultant Knowles, a Hill International Company, has announced two new appointments at its Daresbury offices in Cheshire.
Tim McGoldrick takes up the position of executive director and Charles Wilsoncroft joins the branch as consultant.
McGoldrick, a chartered QS, has been providing pre contract advice, contract drafting and negotiation and dispute management consultancy to employers and contractors on civil and heavy engineering projects nationally and internationally for the past 24 years.
He has received 16 appointments as an expert witness on quantum matters and lectures extensively on matters of contract administration, dispute management and on standard and non standard forms of contract.
Wilsoncroft has almost 10 years experience in the construction industry working across the UK and internationally for a large main contractor and a public sector employer.
A qualified civil engineer, chartered engineer and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, he has passed the institution's Law and Contract Administration papers and completed his first year of a construction law masters course.
