£250,000 claimed in property lease row
Clacton on Sea company JT Downey (Investments) is suing William Verry (Glazing Systems) and William Verry (Holdings) for up to £250,000 in a row over two leases of property in Newham, London.
JT Downey claims that the William Verry companies breached repairing covenants in the leases by failing to repair, paint and decorate the premises, leading to losses.
The writ was issued by Ivor Morison and Co of Fakenham tel 01328 853 059.
