SFP administrators appointed to 拢6.4m turnover builder

SFP Administrators have been appointed at TWC Joinery & Shopfitting Ltd, after the company accrued substantial debts.

The Southampton based company, which has a major contract with B&Q, had built up several large debts including a bill to HMRC. The joinery, merchandising and shopfitting specialist employs around 40 people and has an estimated annual turnover of 拢6.5 million.

SFP鈥檚 Daniel and Simon Plant were appointed joint administrators of the company on January 21st last. Daniel Plant was hopeful of a successful outcome for the company. 鈥淲e are already in discussions with a number of potential purchasers and are looking to achieve a sale of the business as a going concern.鈥�
