Firm secures contract to design and build new secondary school in Monmouthshire
Interserve has secured a 拢36.5m contract to design and build a secondary school in Caldicot, Monmouthshire, South Wales.
The building is part of Monmouthshire County Council鈥檚 鈥�21st Century Schools Programme鈥�, which will see two new schools built in the county during the next three years.
FTSE-listed Interserve won the contract to build the 13,076m虏, three-storey school through the South East Wales Schools Capital Working Group.
Work is underway on the project, with the new school expected to open in September this year, housing up to 1,500 students.
