Key players in the construction industry are gearing up to battle for places on the Olympics Delivery Authority board.
Jack Lemley, chairman of the ODA, has started the hunt for up to 10 people to sit on the board, covering fields such as construction, procurement, regeneration, transport, finance, communications, local government and law.
The construction and programme management role requires relevant experience of similarly sized infrastructure projects and modern methods of construction.
There is also expected to be at least one position without portfolio. Graham Watts, head of the Construction Industry Council, has told 好色先生TV he will apply for this position.
Lemley said he wanted to get the best mix of public and private sectors on the board. He said: 鈥淚 want to see an organisation that is framed by three critical factors, which are ethics, quality and safety. I also want to establish an open and transparent organisation that is driven by good governance.鈥
