Housebuilder says that reservations were 15% up on the year despite competitive market.
Taylor Woodrow has reported an increase in housing demand over the last year. It said that demand was slightly stronger although the market remained competitive.
The housebuilder said that net reservations since the end of June were 15% ahead of the same period last year, from slightly fewer sites.
In North America Taylor Woodrow said the market remained strong although it noted that house price inflation was moderating in some housing hotspots.
Hurricane Wilma interrupted build schedules due to power and labour shortages but Taylor Woodrow did not anticipate any material profit impact.
