Mixed-use scheme includes new offices and homes
HLM Architects has beaten 37 others to win the latest phase of a mixed-use development in the middle of Sheffield.
It is understood beaten firms include AHMM, Sheppard Robson and Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands.
The project will provide ground floor retail space with offices, homes and a hotel sitting above.
HLM is working on the £45m Block A of the Sheffield Heart of the City II masterplan (pictured), which has been designed by London firm Leonard Design Architects. It is being developed by the city council and its developer partner Queensberry.
Block A is on Pinstone Street and neighbouring buildings include the City Hall, the Town Hall and Peace Gardens.
