Acquisition strengthens consultant鈥檚 infrastructure practice in the region

Global consultant Hill International has acquired TCM Group, a project and construction management, and related support services provider based in California, US. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Michael Smith, senior vice president for Hill鈥檚 project management Americas, said: 鈥淭he addition of TCM significantly strengthens our infrastructure practice in the region.鈥�

Head of TCM Michael Tahan will continue his position as well as lead the highway, bridge and water infrastructure practice in Southern California for Hill鈥檚 project management group.
