The 拢12m Monkscroft Park was for client Gloucestershire College of Arts & Technology. The building provides 12,500 m2 of accommodation for 2000 sixth form and further education students. Contractor was Bovis Lend Lease, structural engineer was WSP, services contractor was MJN Colston and qs was Currie & Brown.
