Eamonn Boylon, who was poached by Homes and Communities Agency last year, will leave in March
The deputy head of regeneration super-quango the Homes and Communities Agency is to leave to become chief executive of Stockport council.
Eamonn Boylan, who was poached by the HCA last year from a long-time role at Manchester council, will leave the agency in March.
No decision has yet been made regarding a possible replacement for Boylan, who heads up the agency鈥檚 new ventures and partnerships division.
HCA chief executive Sir Bob Kerslake, said Eamonn had been an excellent deputy chief executive. He said: 鈥淗is input has been invaluable in helping develop some of our most innovative ideas such as the private rental sector initiative and Kickstart.鈥
Eamonn Boylan said: 鈥淭he Homes and Communities Agency has delivered outstanding results in an extraordinary challenging market and I am sure it will go from strength to strength. I look forward to continuing to work in partnership with the HCA to achieve the best possible outcomes for the people of Stockport.鈥
