The mixed-use tower is the first tall building to be approved since the election of Boris Johnson
Developer Fraser Projects has been given the go-ahead for this mixed-use tower in Vauxhall, London.
The 120m Vauxhall Sky Gardens, designed by architects Amin Taha Associates and Carey Jones, will comprise 34 floors with 178 flats plus offices and shops.
Alliance Planning, which acted as consultant on the application, said: 鈥淭his is a major regeneration proposal, and is the first tall building to win approval following the election of Boris Johnson.
鈥淭his slender building, with a very high quality of design, will help put the regeneration of Vauxhall on the map.鈥
