Edmond Shipway is project manager, cost consultant and M&E consultant on the scheme
Planning has been approved for a £196m Center Parcs in County Longford in Ireland.
The leisure complex will include 470 lodges, 30 apartments, a subtropical swimming park, a spa, shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as more than 100 leisure activities within the 395 acre Newcastle Wood near Ballymahon.
Holder Mathias is the architect, while Edmond Shipway is acting as project manager, cost consultant and M&E consultant on the scheme.
The development is also expected to provide a boost to the local economy by creating 750 jobs during the construction phase and up to 1,000 permanent jobs when operational.
