Redevelopment of building close to St Paul鈥檚 Cathedral

ORMS Architecture Design has won planning for the 拢35m revamp of a 20,000m2 London office block close to St Paul鈥檚 Cathedral.

ORMS plans to transform the building, called Millenium Bridge House, into a mixed-use building with a large rooftop garden and new cladding.

The site sits alongside Millenium Bridge on the North Bank of the river.

John McRae at ORMS Architecture Design said: 鈥淭his has been an opportunity to reinstate the line of the river frontage and the view of the entire entablature of St Paul鈥檚 from the south bank of the river.
