Scheme to provide 74 two-bedroom homes in Surrey
Graham has been appointed to build an 拢80m retirement village in Surrey for retirement housing specialist Audley Group.
The 74-home scheme in Cobham, known as Audley Fairmile, will be the group鈥檚 second village in the county following the opening of Audley Cooper鈥檚 Hill in 2019.
The scheme鈥檚 two-bedroom homes will be arranged around central facilities including a swimming pool, health club, restaurant and bar bistro.
Gaunt Francis is the architect on the scheme with Bernard Interiors responsible for fit-out.
It is one of four of Audley鈥檚 new retirement villages worth a combined 拢400m which have been funded through a joint venture with real estate firms Schroder Real Estate and Octopus Real Estate.
The other sites are at Sunningdale Park in Berkshire and Scarcroft, near Leeds, which are both under construction, and Stanbridge Earls in Hampshire, for which the first two phases have been completed.
London firm Henry Construction was appointed as main contractor for the 拢100m Sunningdale Park in December, with Zenith Construction responsible for overseeing the restoration of several historic buildings on the site including a grade II-listed mansion, Northcote House.
Audley Group owns a portfolio of 19 retirement villages across the country under two brands, Audley Villages and Mayfield Villages.
