Scheme will also replace a warehouse with a new retail offering
Developer Walbury Estates has received planning permission for 24 new homes in Stockwell Green.
The scheme designed by architect pH+ is sandwiched between student housing and a grade II-listed community resource centre in the south west London conservation area.
Made up of three stepped blocks, it features three communal terraces and a courtyard backing onto 129m2 of retail place, which replaces the current retail warehouse.
Andy Puncher, director at pH+, said: 鈥Our scheme on Stockwell Green continues our exploration of the importance of shared green space in the development of high density, high quality, mixed-used schemes.鈥
