Royal Hospital for Sick Children designed by Nightingale Associates and BMJ Architects
Plans to build a 拢150m replacement for Edinburgh鈥檚 Royal Hospital for Sick Children have been approved.
The hospital 鈥 designed by Nightingale Associates and BMJ Architects 鈥 is due to be completed by 2017.
The project was delayed by negotiations over the site for the new building, in the grounds of the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, but these are now complete.
It will replace the current children鈥檚 hospital at Sciennes and the department of clinical neurosciences at the Western General Hospital.
