Consultancy working on Scape framework
Perfect Circle, the construction infrastructure consultancy created by Aecom, Gleeds and Pick Everard, has named Jon Enever as its new chair.
A main board director at Gleeds 鈥 and the firm鈥檚 chief client officer 鈥 Enever (pictured) takes over from Aecom鈥檚 Richard Whitehead with immediate effect.
Enever will head the consultancy until October next year, when it concludes its participation in Scape Group鈥檚 Built Environment Consultancy Services framework.
Set up in 2016 to bid for the four-year framework, Perfect Circle saw off rival consortia comprised of firms Mace, Arcadis, Turner & Townsend and Faithful + Gould and Norfolk county council-owned consultant Norse Group.
It has worked on a variety of schemes including the outline planning application and concept design for the new 拢300m Temple Quarter enterprise campus for the University of Bristol.
