QS firm in talks with 25-year-old multi-disciplinary consultancy firm
Gardiner & Theobald are in talks over a possible takeover or merger with construction consultancy TP Associates
TP Associates is a subsidiary company of property developers Ashwell. The 25-year old company provides multi-disciplinary consultancy services to public and private sector clients in the UK and internationally.
They have worked on a 拢7m hotel development at Sawston Hall in South Cambridgeshire and have been involved in Cambridge University鈥檚 Queens College since 1997.
Gardiner & Theobald declined to comment.
