New office building in Tottenham Court Road will become the consultancy firm's London headquarters

Consultancy firm Gardiner & Theobald is to move into a 45,000 sq ft office space at a City of London developed scheme on Tottenham Court Road.

The building, known as 10 South Crescent, sits behind retained terracotta façades, has a curved part-glazed roof and includes retail units fronting Tottenham Court Road.

It will front Tottenham Court Road, Store Street and South Crescent. It has an agreed rent of £55/sq ft and is due to be completed early in 2009.

Two other buildings – The Met ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV and Whittington House – will also form part of Gardiner & Theobald’s campus and will provide space for up to 700 staff, with meeting space, dining areas, a private courtyards and external terraces.

The letting will become the construction and property consultant's new London headquarters and marks the completion of a series of relocations for the firm's London teams.

The project is part of the City’s Tottenham Court Road estate, along with a smaller residential scheme diagonally opposite at 19-21A Store St where 11 flats will be provided above retail.
