Construction is expected to start on site early next year
Galliford Try鈥檚 regeneration arm has submitted plans for a 拢14.2m residential scheme in Manchester.
Located close to the city centre on Princess Road, the 105-apartment scheme has been designed by architect IDP and features a roof terrace on the fourth floor.
The stepped six-storey, red brick development is due to start on site early next year with completion scheduled for summer 2019.
