Contractor appointed alongside engineer Earth Tech to three schemes in Hull, Sheffield and Rotherham
UK-based contractor Galliford Try has won 拢29m of contracts from Yorkshire Water.
The firm said it had been appointed to three schemes including refurbishment of pumping stations in Hull and water treatment works at Sheffield and Rotherham.
It will work on the projects in partnership with engineer and contractor Earth Tech.
Galliford Try chief executive Greg Fitzgerald said: 鈥淪ecuring these projects as additional contracts over and above our workload as one of Yorkshire Water's contract partners demonstrates the benefit of our team's commitment to quality and delivery on all of the work we carry out for our water industry clients.鈥
The contracts were awarded under Yorkshire Water鈥檚 large schemes programme.
