Rent to buy deal includes over 100 flats
Galliford Try’s regeneration arm and landlord One Manchester will begin construction this week on a new £14million rent to buy scheme in Manchester.
The six-storey Clockworks development (pictured) on Princess Road in the city will involve building 105, two-bedroom apartments as well as a landscaped roof terrace.
Galliford Try Partnerships is the developer and contractor for the project which has been designed by local architect IDP.
One Manchester was formed three years ago by the merger of Manchester’s City South and Eastlands Homes housing associations and manages more than 12,000 homes in the city.
