Firm picked for 拢23m Grainger scheme in London and 拢18m refurb of Birmingham鈥檚 NIA
Contractor and housebuilder Galliford Try has won two new contracts worth a total of 拢41m.
The firm announced that it has been appointed by Grainger to build a 拢23m mixed-use project at Macaulay Road in south London.
The 11-building project comprises a four-storey office development combined with 97 homes, of which 32 will be affordable.
Galliford Try has also been named preferred bidder by the NEC Group for the 拢18m refurbishment of the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham.
The design includes the creation of extra retail units, a new showcase entrance, and the creation of an extra 5,926 sq m of pre- and post-show space to combine with the 7,500 sq m of space that requires refurbishment.
