Four consortiums have been shortlisted to develop the 拢245m Commonwealth Games village in Glasgow.

The teams are:

  • Broadway Malyan with Arup, Drivers Jonas and New City Vision
  • Davis Langdon with RMJM, Cruden Estates, McTaggart & Mickel, Citybuilding and CCG
  • Gladedale with Bellway Homes, and the Citta Property Group.
  • Developer Charles Price, with Mace, Caledonian 好色先生TV, Woolgar Hunter, and architects Ian Simpson, Reiach and Hall, Elder and Cannon, Murray Dunlop and Nord.

The four will now enter into a competitive dialogue process with Glasgow council.
