Housing maintenance work covers stock in the London area
Catalyst Housing Association has split housing maintenance work worth 拢62m between five firms.
The programme covers its housing stock in the London area and involves general repairs, electrical work and maintenance.
East West Electric has landed work valued at 拢15.3m covering CCTV and door entry systems. Stapletech will maintain heating installations in a deal worth 拢12.5m.
Morrisons Facilities Services will carry out responsive repairs as part of a contract worth 拢11.1m.
Chas Berger & Sons and DW Contractors have been selected to carry out external repairs worth 拢11.8m and 拢10.9m respectively.
There are four specialist contracts, each spanning five years, with an option to extend to ten years.
