Three men in a pre-cast boat who may as well have been wearing concrete boots

Colin Jordan saw this watery grave in the making at Valetta Harbour in Malta. 鈥淭his crew were placing these pre-cast units to form a new jetty 鈥� typically no hats, no boots (some were actually bare foot) and a lack of safety lines and life jackets! The water is approximately 4 metres deep at this point. Maybe the H&S induction included a swimming test.鈥�
