Housing association launches legal battle over building services
Family Mosaic Housing, which provides 45,000 homes across London and Essex, is suing Baily Garner for compensation of more than £300,000 in a row over building services.
The row centres around a project for improvement and repair works on the Old Oak Estate and the housing association accuses Baily Garner of negligence, negligent misstatement, and damages for breaches of contracts.
Baily Garner, based in London and Birmingham, had provided multidisciplinary building consultancy services for the scheme, as well as quantity surveying.
