The property services consultant confirms it is still in discussions with a mystery buyer

Property services consultant Erinaceous has confirmed that it is still in talks over a takeover deal with a private buyer.

Confirmation of the talks follows press speculation that HBOS interest in the company could be affected by the resignation of two key directors in Erinaceous鈥� insurance division.

Erinaceous said in its statement: 鈥淪hareholders should note that these discussions may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Group.鈥�
