Mendip council approves plan for new music building and sports pavilion

This Eric Parry-designed music facility in Somerset has been given planning permission. Mendip District Council gave the green light to the 拢4.5m Cedars Hall building for Wells Cathedral School.

The scheme includes space for rehearsal, performance and recording and can hold an audience of around 340. The site will also include a new sports pavilion.
