Consultant to let landmark building after 拢30m redevelopment

Consultant EC Harris has confirmed today it is moving its Birmingham team to the city's landmark Baskerville House following a 拢30m redevelopment.

EC Harris, which currently has offices at One Victoria Place, will take 14,000 ft2 on the third floor of the city centre building from Targetspace, the service office arm of developer Targetfollow.

Targetspace has said the deal is the region鈥檚 largest ever serviced office letting.

The redevelopment involved extending the building from six to eight floors and creating two glass atriums with almost 200,000 ft2 of office space.
