Graham set to increase its presence north of the border
Dublin-based contractor and asset management company Graham is to open two offices in Scotland next year as part of an expansion drive in the region.
The company, which already has two offices north of the border, will open a Glasgow office which will occupy 6000 ft2 of office space and employ 130 people. The company is also in negotiations to open a premises in Edinburgh.
The company’s existing facility in Bellshill will be closed in March 2008.
The value of Graham’s Scottish business is £80m, with contracts in excess of £140m through to 2010 already secured. During the past five years the company has completed £220m of work in the region.
Current key projects in the region include several schools projects and the Small Animal Hospital for Glasgow University.
