Kingdom Hotel Investments' £71m scheme will start on site in Philippines soon
Dubai hotel developer Kingdom Hotel Investments has signed a deal with local builder to build a 30-storey tower in the Philippines.
KHI has teamed up with local developer Ayala Land to build the $103m (£71m) scheme in the Makita area of the capital Manila.
Called Raffles Residences Makita, the scheme will feature two and three-bed residences as well as Raffles Hotel plus a Fairmont Hotel.
DMCI will begin on site in the next couple of months and is expected to employ up to 2,000 workers at the height of construction.
