Changes see practice principal Patrik Schumacher appointed to main business
Former Arts Council chairman Peter Palumbo and artist Brian Clarke have been made directors at Zaha Hadid Holdings.
Documents filed at Companies House, show the pair 鈥 along with the late architect鈥檚 niece Rana Hadid 鈥 were appointed towards the end of last month.
Zaha Hadid Holdings is the main business at Zaha Hadid and includes its architecture and product design subsidiaries.
Palumbo and Clarke were decades-long friends of Hadid who died last March in the US from a heart attack.
Rana Hadid, whose nationality is given as Lebanese on the Companies House documents, lives in Lebanon and is the daughter of Hadid鈥檚 oldest brother Haytham.
Also appointed a director to the main business is practice principal Patrik Schumacher (pictured).
The previous directors of Zaha Holdings were Hadid herself and Nigel Calvert, a partner in London law firm Calvert Solicitors, who has now stepped down.
In its latest results, published last month, Zaha Hadid Holdings saw turnover in the year to April 2016 slip 6% to 拢46.6m with pre-tax profits falling 16% to 拢5.1m.
