Scheme drawn up for London firm Summix
Plans for an 1,800-home garden village on green belt land in the West Midlands have been unveiled by developers.
LDN Collective, which describes itself as a network of built environment experts, has drawn up what the proposed Fulford Green development at Tidbury Green, near Solihull, might look like.
They include 1,800 zero-carbon homes, a new high street, primary school and new public parkland.
London developer Summix is hoping the site will be included in the local council鈥檚 draft local plan, which is the subject of a public inquiry beginning on 27 September 鈥 although there are no immediate plans to submit a planning application for the scheme.
The homes would be for a range of different tenures and types, although Summix has not yet said what the likely mix would be.
