Consultant appointed project manager on 80-flat project for older people
Consultant DBK has been appointed project manager on a 拢16m 80-flat scheme for older people in Poole.
DBK will work with client McCarthy and Stone on the scheme, which will offer 57 assisted living and 23 鈥榓ge exclusive鈥� homes.
Work is due to start on site early 2014 and first homes will be available mid-2015.
Architect Glenn Howells Associates is leading the design team. Contract tenders will be invited late 2013.
