Cooksey will take over from David Beever as non-executive chairman of London & Continental Railways

David Cooksey has been appointed by London & Continental Railways on to the board as non-executive chairman.

Cooksey will take over from David Beever, who held the position on an interim basis following the separation of the roles of chief executive and chairman earlier this year.

Beever will continue to serve on the board as deputy chairman.

Cooksey recently retired as chairman of Advent Venture Partners.
