Irish materials group promotes Mairtin Clarke to lead European products and distribution team

Irish materials group has appointed Mairtin Clarke as managing director of CRH Europe products and distribution from 1 December.

Clarke, who joined the group is 1979, is currently managing director, CRH concrete products Europe, based in the Netherlands.

Liam O'Mahony, CRH chief executive, said: 鈥淥ver the past five years Mairtin has built a substantial concrete products business with a strong leadership position in the European market. He comes well equipped with the experience and skills necessary to lead our Europe products and distribution team as they further develop this 鈧�6bn (拢4.06bn) division.鈥�
