The 拢7m scheme, which is to provide the headquarters of BBC Yorkshire and a facility for Leeds College of Music, will incorporate a three-storey curved atrium. It was developed in a PPP by Rushbond with Leeds council and Leeds College of Music. The project won the People鈥檚 Award at the Leeds Architecture Awards.
