The Construction Products Association has called on the government to set a timetable for bringing social housing up to the decent homes standard
In its Achievable Targets report, launched this week, the association warned that the government was unlikely to meet its target of delivering 45,000 social homes a year by 2011, and that it was looking 鈥渋ncreasingly unlikely鈥 that 95% of homes would meet the decent homes standard by 2010.
