Willmott Dixon has been appointed preferred contractor by Croydon council for the 拢18.5m Oasis Academy in Coulsdon

The contractor will team up with architect Sheppard Robson to remodel, refurbish and extend the site, which is aiming for a BREEAM rating of 鈥渆xcellent鈥�. Work is due to start on site in spring 2010 and be completed by summer 2011.
