The North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) framework is organised into four lots and includes design and build projects and construction-only schemes as well as refurbishment.
Local authorities who use the framework include: Darlington, Durham; Gateshead; Hartlepool; Middlesbrough; Newcastle; Northumberland; Redcar & Cleveland; South Tyneside; Stockton Borough; and Sunderland.
