Calling all construction 鈥渞ock gods鈥濃��

Entries are now open for the construction industry鈥檚 battle of the bands, Construction Rocks.

The annual event pits bands from the construction and property sectors against each other to raise money for charity. It has raised a total of 拢40,000 since its inception in 2008 and aims to raise another 拢15,000 this year. LandAid will be this year鈥檚 main benefactor. Six bands have already entered the contest, among them Rolfe Judd and the Lost Profits (Rolfe Judd), Zero Charm (Mansell/Balfour Beatty) and Wild S*? Party (WSP).

This year鈥檚 event will take place in Camden, London, on 18 October.
