Survey shows majority of UK firms regularly switch legal advisers, valuing quality above price

Construction companies have little loyalty to their solicitors according to a survey.

Less than 40% of firms in the UK always instruct the same solicitor, with 58.5% regularly changing legal services supplier.

The survey, by law firm Halliwells, questioned 7027 construction and building-related organisations in the UK.

Halliwells鈥 survey also revealed that cost was not a priority for construction companies when selecting their legal advisers, with quality of service and specialist knowledge considered the most important factors.
